A man was so enraged at Verizon’s service that he decided to do something about it.
“Then I just lost it,” he said. “I just started grabbing computers and phones and throwing them. I just destroyed the place. … I kind of regret that I did it, but I hope my message got across.”
Personally, given the shabby state of tech support across the entire tech industry, I am really surprised that this does not happen a whole lot more often. Perhaps then the rest of the industry would also “get the message.”
